We'll switch your broadband over automatically on your chosen activation day, in a matter of minutes. You may experience a maximum of 30 minutes of intermittent connection while we test your line. This helps us make sure you receive the fastest connection possible and in most cases takes less than 30 minutes. |

| How do I switch my email accounts to BT? |
